I purchased an item from allauthentic.com via Ebay on December 9th, 2004. In the past 3 days, I have sent 3 messages and even left a phone message today asking that information regarding shipping of the Jerry Rice signed throwback jersey be sent to me. Today is December 17th - it has been 8 days since PayPal transferred the money from my account to All Authentic.I have received no communication and I am beginning to get really worried. I purchased this item for my 17 year old son for Christmas. I have no previous autograph purchasing experience.
Will anyone reading this post please confirm that this is a legitimate company - seems like it is from what I can read, but believe me, I am feeling upset that I get no reply to my emails or phone call and no shipment information. I am posting anonymously because I don't really want my email to everyone and All Authentic knows who I am - or should because of my correspondence. I am just hoping there is some minor issue and everything will be worked out and this is not a "fake" company.
My next step will be to try to contact Jerry Rice and let him know what has happened. When my son was 10 he wrote him and received a very nice personal note back. Seems like he would not want to be involved with a company selling his autographed memorablia or playing golf with them - if they are not professional. Hope this has all just been some type of mixup. I would not have posted on this site if I had received a response to my messages to All Authentic . Sorry to be so rambling, just concerned and upset.
