You state upper deck has all signing rights to Michael, please look at speedyporche, he has numerous items on Jordan for low prices, please let me know your thoughts on his signatures
I purchased a michael jordan basketball from billkscards on ebay without authenticity only to find out that he has a dozen of them. We bought this for a charity auction. How can people like this be stopped?
It is hard to say regarding speedyporche as they have no items for sale. Regarding billkscards, we are not familiar with them. Generally Jordan autographs should come from Upper Deck so if they are not and the seller has a lot of them claiming MJ signed them on the street that would be questionable.
The only way fradulent sellers can be stopped is to raise the public awareness of it via this blog. Several people have found this blog before they bought something and they have saved tons of money. The more people that submit questionable items and the more people that learn how to spot fakes, the faster these guys will go out of business

Filing a police report and than contacting the attorney general of your state does not hurt. The sales of fraudulent autographs through the mail is a federal crime.
