Instant Replay In Baseball?

I think Mark Starr's article about the need of instant replay in baseball is right on the money. Umpires are only human and they make mistakes. Big games (or any games) should not be decided on bad calls.

I think the NBA really needs instant replay because as a whole, I have never seen so many bad calls in any professional sport.

Even the NFL has instant replay and their officials are probably the best in professional sports.

Bottom line is that no one can make all of the correct calls and they need help. Give it to them with modern technology so the fans know that if their team loses if wasn't because of a bad call.

Unfortunately, egos would never allow instant replay in Baseball. it would require a complete admission of uncertainty from the umpires and we all know that isn't going to happen. Besides, it leaves the human factor in the game.
